How much coil whine on your 9060 XT?
Write your experience with only a 9060 XT model.

My first Sapphire card ever, the Pulse 9060 XT has terrible coil whine, not just the loudness but also a very scratchy disgusting sound. I need to return a gpu for the first time.

My BeQuiet Straight Power 11 550 Watt should be sufficient for this card. Also my DUAL RX 6600 doesnt whine so bad, it does, but it is not so very annoying and distracting that i dont want to play any games anymore, like with the Pulse.

The question is, will i try out another Pulse which has the better cooling, after this bad first experience with Sapphire, or will i try a DUAL where i have good experience with the RX 6600 with.

And the"R15" chokes on the Sapphire look like cheap no name to me, whereas the Asus ones look at least like a brand product. Where is the difference between these two?

Coil whine is electrical noise and most cards will have this issue depending on use. Rendering a very light scene at 2000+ fps will cause a lot of cards to whine. It becomes a problem when it's whining at usable framerates, so if it's whining at framerates you're using then just return it and try a different brand/model.

Yes. I could hear mine in desktop use and at 60 fps or higher it was distracting. I heard reports that their Pulse or Pure has no unusual whine, but mine is whining and screetching pretty bad.
Chances are high with the same model that it also whines like my Pulse? Do i better get a DUAL with higher temps and louder cooling instead then?
Videocards these days are getting so buff and huge... Plus that noise... I swear one day one is going to explode and leave a crater the size of Mexico.

That is out of the question, but what do i do then?
first we need to know : if your GPU have that noise on different system with different PSU
is your house have good Grounding , because somehow two different cards have Coil whine which is weird

i dont make the hassle and try the gpu in a friends pc. And my wiring should be new and ok and i tried different outlets, but no change.

You find that weird that 2 different cards have coil whine? Im sure all newer gpus have coil whine. The thing is, is it louder than your other noise sources around you?. And some gpus have more whine than others.
I had to turn down the power to 125 watts and -85MV on the Saphhire to make it sound a bit quieter, but it was still louder than my Dual 6600 and i have lost performance of course.
i have 6800xt LC strix, and tuf 3080ti, all no Coil whine

Explain. None, when you are 50m away from your pc, or when you put your ear on the back of the card or into the pc while running a game?
