It might have became corrupted (RAW), if nothing important on it you can format it, and should work again, if you do have something important things on it, you have to try recovery tools like TestDisk, EaseUS, or R-Studio.
Looks like partition table or something got messed up. My first advice would be to try to use software from the developer whether it's Seagate Tools or whatever WD offers to see if it can scan/fix the drive.
If that does nothing, try another 3rd party program that can mess with/recover partition headers without needing to do a full recovery of the data.
I doubt the drive just coincidentally started going bad just as you did this operation.
if not, then re-seat power/sata cables
or try a different sata cable, they can go bad if flexed too far or too much
