As the title says, I unlocked a new achievement for Master of Command and the popup on screen was in Chinese. I closed out of the game and only the most recent achievement was in Chinese. In an attempt to fix it I restarted Steam and after it reloaded, all of the achievements for this game were now Chinese. None of my other games have any Chinese achievements. This is really odd and I don't know what happened.
