since yesterday i can not submit a support request.

Anyone else experienced this?

Message says: "There was a problem submitting your help request to Steam Support. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If you are attempting to add large attachments please try to submit without them and add them to your request after submitting."

I have no attachments at all. Only the required infomation gathered about my system. I am trying several times since yesterday evening without any success.

It's kind of a joke when you try to tell support there is an error while requests can not be submitted.

You are aware that support deal with account and billing issue anyway? They are not tech support, at least not to any meaningful capacity

My account is 18 years old. Do you think this would be my first time to submit a request? It's not my PC. If you don't have anything meaningful to contribute please restain with your comments, although i can read between the lines that at least you both don't have this issue, although you are not likely the ones who would try it on your own and give a elaborated answer.

the question is, what are you trying to submit to steam support? i submitted few days ago regarding a thread which they took a couple hours to get back to me.

I wanted to report a technical issue about CS2. So i just described the error in text, but am not able to send it at all.

Sent it to google or AI. Dunno if Steam Support would help with CS2 tech issue. They should though right..

i tried submitting to support through CS2 library page, and it went through no problems.

Well, if he really wanted help he would post it in the relevant forum. CS2 has a forum last time I checked.

If it's security-sensitive, submit it to Valve's HackerOne page.

If it's not, make a forum thread in the CS2 forum.
