I'm playing co-op with a friend, and very often when we fast travel, or load into a new area, I cannot move. I try jumping, crouching, sliding, shooting, running, walking, but I just cannot move.

I'm invincible and cannot be hurt by bullets, but enemies can punch me. I am unable to consistently fix it. I usually have to restart the game or reload the checkpoint 10 times or so and hope that it fixes itself. I'm not sure why this is happening. It's also fixed if I die, but I can't kill myself, and the only thing that works is an enemy randomly punching me to death
