Asking me for a activation key..

When I click play it opens ubisoft connect and it just asks for a activation key? I check my properties already and I have no "cdkey" option. I've tried running as admin restarting n all that stuff. Can I get some help please ;( (I also bought fc5 and im gonna assume its gonna do the same exact thing.

nah just refund and buy it on ubisoft connect or better yet save ur money lol

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out.

For those who are experiencing a similar problem, please try the following:

1. Check no updates are waiting to be downloaded and that Ubisoft Connect is fully updated.
2. Verify the game files[ubi.li] of the game you are trying to launch in both Steam and Ubisoft Connect, to see if this will initiate an update.
3. Run Ubisoft Connect with admin rights[ubi.li]
4. Back up your save and game files[ubi.li] then Clear the Ubisoft Connect launcher cache.[ubi.li]
5. Reinstall[ubi.li]Ubisoft Connect.

Please let us know if that resolved the problem, and you can now launch the game.
