Well those notes are vaguely generic and frustrating. Kind of pointless if we don't know the exact fixed issues. And yes, implement DLSS3 and update FSR to 3.1.

Данная игра изначально была с Русской локализацией. Так зачем ее надо было вырезать и для чего. Можно было бы отставить все как есть
