I hope this game sells miserably. Yakuza costs R$67 while this game is R$205.
Yakuza is 3rd of the Price in every country. This game has localization costs completely new voice over and license costs for japanese casts and so on. No wonder its more expensive for all the work that had to be put in compared to Yakuza being done already.
Yakuza here is 17,99€ and this was 44,99€ so the 1-3 Comparison is totally fine and valid.
We have a price 13% lower on Yakuza, whereas Shining Resonance costs 6% more than the base price. SEGA is implying that our currency is worth more than US Dollar? The currency here is Real, not Euro or Dollar, and one US Dollar is equal to R$3,86.
Some correctly priced SEGA games:

Brazil received the lowest prices, due to a fragile currency.
What makes they suddenly think now we can or intend to pay MORE than developed countries?
Bayonetta (released April 2017, pretty recent):
Russian Ruble $11.16 (44.12% lower than base price [$19.99])
Brazilian Real $9.55 (52.22% lower than base price [$19.99])
See? We got the biggest discount, and back then U$1 = R$3,15.
Shining Resonance Refrain:
Russian Ruble $31.94 (36.10% lower than base price [$49.99])
Brazilian Real $52.93 (5.88% HIGHER than base price [$49.99])
As aforementioned, today U$1 = R$3,85.
$31.94 to Real is roughly R$125, a nice launch price for this game, R$205 is definitely not. No wonder people here change Steam region to Russia or Argentina to buy games, making up for the publisher drunkenness while setting regional prices.
