Hello,

So I decided to come back to this game after a while.

I started a new free game and noticed that all of the gear assigned to my guys are all maxed out in stats.

For example, the tactical vest for police, it gives 1.00 for each category under it.
- Criminal 1.00
- Protection chance 1.00
- Damage reduction 1.00
- Search 1.00
- Handcuffing 1.00

Other items as well are all maxed out, the only things that are not maxed out are accuracy, damage and fire rate. This also goes for the medics and firemen, all got maxed out medical bonuses, technical, extinguish fire, etc.

I tried reinstalling the game, I got no mods installed, I got only the water and facility DLC.

Any help would be appreciated.
