Yup, lots of people are having this issue right now since yesterday.

Someone has to go to their Discord and inform them that this is happening.

The bug was caused by the DDOS attack on Steam. You can fix the problem by flushing your DNS cache.
1) Close the game.
2) Open a command line(Open your Windows start menu, type "cmd" without the quotes and hit enter)
3) Type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes).
