Weird Snapping Error - But Only When I Create the Server
Tabletop Simulator v13.0.5
Current version of Windows 10

When I create a server, using mods, DLC, or the built-in games, when other players click on anything, the object immediately ‘snaps’ to the middle of the board. But everything works fine for me.

This has happened on multiple games, with both mods (e.g. Quacks of Quedlinburg) and DLC (e.g. Viticulture).

Latest version of TTS and Windows 10, fiber to my house (so no internet issues), new Falcon Northwest Talon (so it’s not my computer).

As of now, I cannot host any games because of this issue - and it happens with ALL mods I’ve tried and even the built-in games.

Possibly related:
all other users “hands” are shown at random locations around the board, and I cannot see their cursors when moving or trying to highlight anything.

Solutions tried:
Restarting the PC
Restarting TTS
Restarting Steam
Uninstalling/reinstalling TTS
Verifying local game files through Steam
Unsubscribing/resubscribing to various mods

COMPLETELY REMOVING TTS FROM MY COMPUTER (TWICE) DOWN TO EVERY REFERENCE ON THE DRIVE AND IN THE REGISTRY.

It has been almost a year since I posted on your "technical support forums" per the support page on your website - which is useless, since no one from your support team has so much as posted or replied to any of those threads in that time.

For what it's worth, here's a screencast of what I'm talking about, showing the black player's piece snapping to the middle and being unable to move. In addition, I don't see the other player's hand icon at any time - I imagine they're connected problems.

Things I Tried Today
---
• Using another computer: this works fine, with no errors.

• Going "back to basics" on my main computer, with minimal hardware: no change - other players still can't pick up anything without it 'snapping' to the center of the table.

• Changing the "Snapping" setting in "Options | Grid" to "Off" had no effect, and was reset every time I loaded a new mod.

This is a basic, default install of the program. It's not in any weird directory, I've changed nothing about the settings.
did you solve the problem? if so how did you do it?
Wait this was a problem back in 2021?

A lot of people are having this issue right now in the future so if any solution was found, please get back to us.
