I'm playing level 4 on supersoldier difficulty. it's a joke that enemies spawn sometimes right behind you. it would be ok if there would someone call reinforcments so i know this could happen. But right out of the nothing?

Hey all, I've already scoured the internet for information on this, but I can't seem to find any solutions. For some reason, when I try to launch Crysis 3 Remastered (same with Crysis 2 remastered actually), it fails every time. It says launching, then running for a second, and then boom, nothing. I have verified game files, I have added the program to the exceptions in windows defender. I've been playing the sh*t out of this game, and need something new, but I can't stand online multiplayer crap because I'm old and slow and can't keep up with the kiddies. Any new or recent games anyone can recommend that don't require online play?
