Was it that bad? I feel I blame EA more for releasing a DS remaster about the same time and then nothing again because the dev could not continue the project.

They apparently put other DRM in the game and aren't disclosing what it is. So I'm not thanking them until that is also removed and I can finally buy the damn game without restrictions.

Probably VRMProtect, but just to protect the files I'd assume.
