The reason for it is a good reason. Aoi's entire character is written around this reason. The NTR scene itself is REALLY rough, ngl, but you might find yourself understanding if you give it a chance.

Its worth it because you get to delete aoi in the end and be with Miyuki

if you dont have the patch its not graphic anyways and if youre that bothered you can just skip that part
