you got 3rd party programs that conflict with Steam gaming platform.
1) razer synapse (1000000000% confirm to be in conflict with Steam and Steam Games)
seen threads in CS 2 aka CS:GO where people suffer from VAC Error, after they remove razer synapse, the problem is gone.
2) full version of malwarebytes (somehow it conflicts with Steam and Steam games)
3) kaspersky anti virus program (known to cause False positives)
..............etc.

also, most likely your computer tried to read a File on Windows but failed due to either that file is corrupted or missing.

The errors popped up very different, when the blue screen appeared I heard only the sound, the screen itself was black. I removed Kaspersky and Razer Synapse. Here is some information from the event log, the most common category of errors
