Hi Navigators,

We've received reports concerning a recent incident involving a high profile cheating accusations, doxxing, and abusive behavior. We're taking this very seriously and are currently conducting a thorough investigation.

Important Note: Doxxing and abusive behavior are never acceptable, regardless of the outcome of the cheating investigation. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior in our community.

Key Reminders:

Suspect Cheating? Report it Right: If you think someone is cheating, report it directly to customer support (by email or in-game customer support portal) or dm Saya in discord. Do not take matters into your own hands, harass them, or launch a witch-hunt.

Zero Tolerance for Doxxing & Abuse: Doxxing, threats, intimidation, and hateful language are strictly forbidden and will result in serious consequences. That goes for general discussions on here, Discord, X, or any other Strinova platforms.

Respect Everyone: Treat all community members with respect, no matter their skill level or rank.

We believe in transparency and will keep you updated on this situation.

I just fought a hacker doing prefire and silent aimbotting. A high kill count of 24 kills and and 5 deaths wiping me and my team in demolition so bots are non existent. We were only be able to kill that player if we stack 2v1 on him.

(Silent aim botting is just a non snap targeting feature on players with a delay so it's not noticeable.)

I literally did 1v2 against a hacker and his team and use everything from my skills and ultimate just to kill him in defensive playstyle. I intend to make a video out of it but afraid I'd get penalized for doing so.

I personally think VOTE KICK should be added especially to directly take actions on the spot when it affects our RANK and unable to surrender against a hacker which is just mere one sided torture session.

Also, there's bug exploits where Michelle's ult can be placed at the HIGHEST point of the map.

I filed this report and the response I got was something like this:
It's 100% LEGAL to do this trick to gain upper advantage.

Technical verification confirms that this is Michelle's design to place Meow in unconventional places to create an advantage, but comparatively it also makes Meow easier to be destroyed by a fire set, which is a normal gameplay technique, thank you for your feedback. I might as well see an Audrey high up the sky and be surprised it's even legal at this point when Leona's skills and windstorm grenade.

to fellow players, regarding cheating don't forget to also press tab every round start to check how much damage was done to you. i once caught a fooshia doing 999 damage to me; immediately reported in-game.

Wait holy moly. They can alter the damage that they deal? Thats crazy, that makes me think that there is not even any kind of anti cheat in this game.

I can only assume this is in response to SilliestOfCats and another community member who was active on discord. Any player who thinks they are some police officer in a competitive game should be punished accordingly.
Last thing we want is players to determine who is allowed to play the game and who isnt.

There are hacks that are very noticeable. As Meredith, I once had an opponent (Fuchsia) who didn't lose any HP during her ult skill. I watched the replay afterwards and you could see that he had healed himself perma out of nowhere xD I will only report it if I can prove it.

Yes, we agree. We have contacted the top players who were involved with this. That said, what made it tricky was the majority of this incidence happened outside of our official discord server. In the future we will also be more vigilant.

After the report, we typically clear or confirm each case within a coupe of days, and periodically publish ban list (think the next one is next week). That being said, we are aware that some hacks are very difficult to weed out. We try to stay on top of it, and we also welcome any reports for new cheat related sites, development, softwares or hardwares. You can send them to the staff on discord, or bring them to my attention.

Also think about the TTK inconsistency. why am I need to Dump a whole mag at someone while he looks back at me and shoots me down with 2 bullets? just Because my avg ping is 100ms that doesn't mean that I should dump a whole mag at someone using Scar-H (Fuchsia's gun) also it's happening mid-match, one time I beat the enemy fair and square using 10-15 bullets and after a minute he won't even die after dumping a whole mag at him. this needs to be studied

It depends on what type of weapon the opponent is using. You can be sure by pressing Tab how much dmg was dealt. I once had over 500 there, I don't think that's possible xD
But I've also observed that 3 people shoot at one person at the same time and the person survive and the 3 don't... that's very strange. whats even weirder is that in rounds like this I constantly have lags despite high end PC and very good ping.
