I do not like enemies having visible health bars.
Just played since the newest dlc I think; the new skill system and enemies having health bars visible are new to me.

Skills 2.0 I guess is better, but I somehow felt less engaged even though it SEEMS to add depth, but it's a lot of... I dunno, filler boosts?

The enemies having visible health bars I mention once again. Do not like. It's a decision in the "less immersive" direction that, too much of I do not agree with, and I just wanna voice it somehow somewhere. It renders the clutter-free screen with a more basic gameplay premise into a destiny like battle system with health bars and magic and spells and math and numbers to consider. Which more games seem to be going into this direction? Apex, Black ops 7 from the looks of it. Just whoopie.

It all just renders the gameplay to focusing on the healthbar going low until it is, then point at another enemy and see the health bar go low. GRRRR.

I'm pretty sure there's an option to turn them off under the user interface tab

There may be a way to make them not visible, but now that it's in the game, further updates will have to keep it in mind with the way they design things. Could look like implementing skills that revolve around the health bar, kills will accounted for with health bar damage instead of just shot numbers. It's an overall inconsequential but fundamentally different approach to communicate with the player damage dealt and enemy state within gameplay, but aeh I don't like it blerk
