You Girls really choped the game every four 3D models to repackage and sell separately???

I could give you credit for making the base game available for free, if it hadn't been paid from the start, and if the base game was somewhat fun.

The Sims is the only game where I boot it up excited to build a cool house, design my perfect character, and live a peaceful virtual life… and within 20 minutes everything has gone so horribly wrong I start questioning my real-world decision making too.

Let’s be honest:
**Half the game is building the house, the other half is watching your Sim ignore every command like a rebellious toddler.**

You tell them to cook?
They start a fire.
You tell them to shower?
They wander off to talk to a plant.
You tell them to sleep?
Nope — they’re passing out on the floor like they’re auditioning for a drama series.

And the AI?
Bro.
My Sims will literally starve to death standing *next to* a fridge because their “Fun” bar is low.

The expansions are somehow worse.
“Want pets?”
Sure — here’s a DLC.
“Want weather?”
Another DLC.
“Want your Sims to walk slightly faster?”
Don’t worry — that’s probably a DLC too.

By the time you buy every expansion, stuff pack, kit pack, and mosquito repellent pack, you’ve basically paid the price of a used car…
AND THE GAME STILL RUNS LIKE IT’S ON A TOASTER.

Not to mention this series hasn’t changed its graphics or animations in like 15 years.
Every Sim still walks like they’re made of Play-Doh and glitch into walls during conversations like it’s a sport.

At this point The Sims is less a life simulator and more a “watch everything fall apart while you scream internally” simulator.
