Stuck at 98.33 even though I did all of requirements

I did all of the 100% completion. I check my save checklist on GTASNP, it was all check marks (not the non requirements), I had no cheats, I had completed every friends activity, and I'm still at 98.33?

The missing 1.67% can still only be one of the Friend Abilities or Friend Activities;

I'd check this tomorrow after school tomorrow, I already uninstalled it because I was so overwhelmed of it.

Uninstalling thankfully shouldn't have removed the save files, so you could still re-install and try again from where you left.

It worked, it was that show that I took Packie to. It was probably because I didn't complete the hangout with him, that's why it stayed at 98.33
